This paper builds a multi-agent Stackelberg game model for integrated energy systems, coupling a price-carbon dual-incentive demand response with a reward-penalty stepped carbon trading mechanism. An adaptive differential evolution algorithm with Gurobi solves the model, where the energy manager leads and supply, storage, and user agents follow. Simulations show agents optimize decisions while achieving both environmental and economic benefits.

📄 Abstract(原文)
With the growing energy demand and increasingly severe environmental pollution, achieving energy security, lowcarbon operation, and flexible scheduling has become a core challenge. To address this, this paper develops a multi-agent game decision-making model for integrated energy systems (IES), coupling a price-carbon compensation dual-incentive demand response strategy with a reward-penalty stepped carbon trading mechanism. First, the proposed carbon trading mechanism is introduced to constrain carbon emissions of stakeholders, and the dual-incentive demand response strategy is implemented on the user side. Then, a Stackelberg game framework is constructed, with the energy manager as the upper-level leader, and energy supply operators, energy storage service providers, and user as the lower-level followers, where each agent optimizes strategies to maximize profit under the low-carbon framework. Finally, the adaptive differential evolution (ADE) algorithm coupled with the Gurobi solver is adopted to solve the model. Simulation results validate the effectiveness of the proposed model, which enables each agent to optimize decisions while delivering sound environmental and economic benefits.
