English
This paper proposes a Data Lake and blockchain framework for dynamic carbon intensity (CI) certification of low-carbon hydrogen, addressing primary-data requirements under EU RED II, U.S. 45V, and IPHE/ISO 19870. It features a dynamic LCI engine, off-chain computation with on-chain cryptographic anchoring, and a Brazilian biogas-to-hydrogen pilot issuing NFT certificates. A calibration batch achieved 2.47 kgCO2eq/kgH2, below the EU benchmark of 3.38, with 95.9% of simulated batches compliant. Scaling from 2 to 20 kg H2/day reduces CI by only 18%.

📄 Abstract(原文)
Carbon-intensity certification of low-carbon hydrogen under EU RED II, U.S. 45V and IPHE/ISO 19870 requires primary-data evidence chains that document-based, static-inventory workflows cannot deliver. This paper presents a Data Lake and blockchain framework with three contributions: a dynamic Life Cycle Inventory engine that propagates high-frequency operational data into batch-level carbon intensity (CI); an architecture that computes off-chain and anchors cryptographic digests on-chain, preserving integrity at industrially viable cost; and a full-stack prototype exercised on a Brazilian biogas-to-hydrogen dry-reforming pilot, issuing certificates as non-fungible tokens. An illustrative calibration batch is attributed 2.47 kgCO 2 eq/kgH 2 , below the EU low-carbon benchmark of 3.38. Monte Carlo analysis of 10,000 simulated batches places 95.9% below that threshold and identifies off-gas methane as the dominant lever. Because it does not dilute with throughput, scaling from 2 to 20 kg H 2 /day is estimated to reduce CI by only 18%. The framework transfers to other certifiable low-carbon commodities.
