Research data was obtained through documentation studies from company reports, government publications, and various relevant scientific literature. The analysis was carried out using PEST Analysis, Five Forces Model, Value Chain Analysis, Competitive Profile Matrix (CPM), SWOT Matrix, and other strategy formulation tools.
