中国都市の家庭における食料消費のライフサイクル炭素フットプリントを算定する会計フレームワークを提示する研究。食料が都市間を流通する実態を踏まえ、生産から消費・廃棄までの排出を都市単位で把握する手法を構築する。都市レベルでの食料由来排出の可視化と削減政策の基礎を提供する。

This paper proposes a life-cycle carbon footprint accounting framework for household food consumption in Chinese cities. It traces food flows across cities to quantify emissions from production through consumption and waste at the urban scale. The framework supports city-level visibility of food-related emissions and informs mitigation policy.

In the global GX context

Food systems account for roughly a quarter of global GHG emissions, yet urban-scale food footprints remain poorly integrated into disclosure frameworks like GHG Protocol Scope 3 and CSRD. This framework adds methodological grounding for city-level and household-level accounting that could feed into corporate value-chain and municipal climate reporting.
